   Warren, Ryan Richardson. Village Attorney Bob Paster present. Officer Cecilia Young
   present. Officer Chris Burrows present. Officer Quorum met.
2.  Chairman Vohsen moved for the minutes for December’s meeting to be approved.  Accepted.
3.  December 2023 Police Report – Officer Burrows:
   Officer Burrows will be the new village officer contact going forward.

4.  December 2023 Treasurer’s Report presented by J.C. Wheeler
   Total Income: 20,895.18
   Total Expense: 11,839.27
   Net Income: 9055.91
   Discussed property tax implications for non-payment on properties.
5.  Road and Building interim Commissioner’s Report – Chairman Vohsen
   No permits issued.
   Discussion on tree removal at 9027 Philo and who is responsible for it. Bob Paster will look further into ownership, but it was generally agreed that it was on village property.
6.  Solid Waste Management Report
   No report to add.
7.  Village Clerk Report – No Report to add.
8.  Chairman’s Report – No New Business. Reviewed previous statements included in other reports. Discussed flock camera progress. They are operational.
